what should i do, buy it or no?
i want to get a new club. my old one broke off, it was a old lynx. so one of the men at our golf course is letting me use one of his dads. it is a launcher a few years old like 06 07. i hit it 20/30 yards furter than my old one. but the one that owens it wife fell and puncured a lung, so he doesnt want to sell it. so i want to buy a newer launcher its 200 and i can affored it, but golf season is about over, should i wait if i do buy one should it be the ultralite, but the only degree it comes in is 12 or should i get the regular

since the golf season is almost over, Cleveland and all the other companies will be coming out with 2010 products early next year in time for the golf season. This means that the 2009 Launcher will be greatly discounted next year so you can get it a lot cheaper, or you can get the 2010 model if you wish, which will probably have more advanced technology (Assuming Cleveland comes out with a new driver lineup each year). Also, what if you go to the driving range during the winter and greatly improve your swing, maybe you'll want a different shaft/loft/flex etc. Also, what if you find a new driver that you like better and hit farther, then you're not stuck with the launcher. If you get the ultralite or the regular depends on your swing speed, handicap, etc. you can go to DicksSportingGoods, Golf Galaxy, etc. and they should be able to fit you with a good club. Also go over to DicksSportingGoods or any golf store and try out more drivers, they should let you demo some clubs, then you know for sure what club you want. So in my opinion wait! You might be thankful next spring, and you won't be golfing n the winter, so you're in no hurry to get it
