Why do golf balls Titleist Granz so expensive in Japan?

I looked up and are like $ 80 for a dozen. I've seen in Golfsmith and was $ 17.99 per dozen logo overruns. Is supposed to be like the NXT, so I bought some because they are $ 10 cheaper the NXT Tour. Be tested?
