weighted vest and shorts?

Can anyone give me a good idea of what to use for a short weighted vest? They are like $ 300 total and I am good, I went farty little short on Dicks Sporting Goods with only 12 books in total. What is good for basketball I'm 13 but I really good books on some weight. I push a 240 lbs of thrust of the leg, I can run with 2 friends in my back. Jacket was £ 30 okay to play basketball in, but im worried shorts.
