How can I fix my Xbox 360 has sound but no video display?

I received a fine refurbished Xbox 360 from Microsoft that worked for the last two weeks. Then, when launching the console a few days ago, no video was shown, except for some small static on a black screen. However, production, still no sound. No red rings of death. Why and how do I solve this problem?

If you get sound but no picture is the problem that the AV cables. Try disconnecting and reconnecting them if the problem persists, try to buy cables (Note: If you have an HDTV, you may have high definition cable, but I'm pretty sure there would be a reason to stop working.) If all that does not send your Xbox to Microsoft, which deal with issues like this all the time. I hope that helps! ^ ^
