How many golfers are required to support a golf driving range?
I am thinking about developing a driving range in our local town. I have 15 acres fenced in with lighting. We have a very good 9 hole course with nearly 200 members 3 miles away. There is not a driving range within 75 miles. Population of the county is 20K. The main town has 8K. The land is within the city limits. Will this small population support a driving range that is unmanned...just dispenser?
Yeah i don't know much but i own a couple of resturants. If their is demand (surveys) and no supply i would go for it. Goog look also put in a good proshop if thier isnt one of those around. Remember do you have the money to start t and how much are people willing to play?
