Pink Golf
Does anybody have ideas on what to do with golf tees as a wedding favor? They are pink with our name and date
They are golf tees that you set the ball on not T shirts.
Well, if I were doing this....
I would get some styrofoam to cut into blocks or pre-cut...something like you would find at Michael's (though if you are running low on funds, go to Home Depot and price out a sheet of styrofoam in their insulating section. I think you can find a 8 foot by 10 foot sheet for about $6 and cut it yourself).
Next, get some fake grass and put on the blocks. You could glue Easter grass to it, but I think that would look bad. I would get some of that green grassy outdoor carpeting from Home Depot and glue that to the styrofoam block. I suppose you could find some Astroturf, but that stuff gets kind of spendy (would look nice though).
Then, stick the golf tees in the block covered with the grass.
If you want to add a name tag or a message, you could buy some light colored ribbon roughly the same thickness as the styrofoam block and tie it all the way around the block on the side (like a belt for a lack of better terms) and write on the ribbon with Sharpie.
If you are really creative (or bored...), you could shave the styrofoam out a little and paint the crater with white glue. Sprinkle some sand on the glue and viola..a sand trap.
