How do you reset the computer in 1999, a Buick Park Avenue Ultra?

When I changed the battery now (???), voltometer digital lights inside are not working and A / C Compressor is not activated when you turn on a c. / Since I removed the battery, I guess you have to do something with the computer. I checked all three fuse boxes and all seems well with the fuses.
