I do not see how to remove the panel door at all please help
The most classic cars from the 60's & 70's, are made door panels in place with screws exposed, are generally chromium (as in my 62 Chevy), but if you can not find any material statement, and possibly panels are held by clips that fit into the blind door. Carefully try to raise the panel into the bottom corner to see if you can uncheck the clip wink. Also, the armrest adds in the conclusion of the panel in place, so do not forget to check the armrest for the screws too.
