i heard from a guy at footlocker that nike shox are bad for your knees, cuz i was gunna buy a pair of nike shox that were for running so i could have a nice pair of running shoes. how are they bad for your knees, an explanation would be great. thanks!
ok well idk. All i know is the coach at my sisters high school said dont go with nike because they hurt your knees. Go with asics. they are the best
