I am a jeweler and my hands are sore from work and I lose muscle strength and can not stop to rest

I am preparing to graduate and have 6 weeks to complete my projects. I work 50-60 hours per week in the study of my jewelry lately and can not not function unless my deadlines. I like to take a break, but will not update if I slow down how I work. Almost all my work requires great strength of the upper body, such as manufacturing / Hammer / SAW / presentation. My hands and my fingers start to cramp stapled to my tools and materials. I also noticed that my hands were not as strong and is a real problem to work with precision parts. I got my Etodolac the school doctor, but using only the pain a little. I know I'm using more of them and ask too much, but I have a choice, just go to 6 weeks. Are there any vitamins should I do to help my muscles to heal faster and / or give them more power? Any suggestions on how I can help my muscles
