Wood frame or metal double-wide?

I have a client who seeks Amobile house in a wood, not metal. How can you say? I understand that your party is going down aound the house, covering baseboards or foundation. Is it can be found in old houses? I am so confused. Help!

No problem ,,,,,, first all mobile homes are made in a metal frame, because they must be transorted to a location. What the customer wants, is probably a wood frame and furniture, that is all, so the existing walls are made of wood, some houses have Moble walls, metal frame, but this is rare and somewhat more expensive. But once all the houses have a metal frame that is moving to connenected language trailer, which can be moved ... So MOBLE. Hope I helped.
