How can professional sports recruits refuse to sign with teams who have picked up? Are not you?

What's the deal with baseball and other projects to benefit under the signature of recruits? And if they refuse to sign a contract?

Writing a a team player does not have rights to conclude that the player forever. The deadline for signing rookies baseball has arrived. Players who are not eligible to sign the bill next year. Football works similarly. Some baseball players do not sign the school does not sign because they want to go to college. The NHL has a different system that allow a project team and maintain a player that player's rights, even if they attend college, but once the player is done with college, there a time limit to sign the player or the player becomes a free agent.
