How many sizes I can expect a Polo Ralph Lauren to shrink when washed with warm water and put it in the dryer?

Usually I wear a size XL shirt. I just bought a Ralph Lauren polo and the length is already a little less than pleased. Add to that the fact that I wash and dry all (I'm very bad with clothes) and I do not want to be stuck with a baby tee. People say racing ralph lauren small so I would go with a xxl.

about size .. The problem I have with them is that they get shorter. they are already a bit too short for me. so they never dry. after washing that was perfectly by a fan, or hung to dry somewhere in the house (or if the weather is nice outside ..). changes if it dries you'll never be able to use it again. xl my boyfriend usually wears all his shirts and can not dry .. and recently we found Ralph Lauren BIG & TALL poles and he loves them. are plenty long enough and did not hesitate!
