Does anyone know the name or how to make this piece of clothing?

I was watching a fashion show (stupidly, I didn't check the name) and I saw this beautiful knitted jumper/vest. I just want to know if anyone knows the name to it or how to knit it. It has no sleeves and is quite loose, has a high neckline, and ends mid-thigh (it's also kinda tight around the thigh). Maybe it's a dress??
It's alot to ask but if anyone knows, it would be great.

Wasn't exactly sure what you meant, but I just googled "Knitted Jumper Dress" and looked until I saw one that sort of matched your description.
