I have a scar on the forearm acciddent clothes iron?

It happened when I was very young and not so bad compared to actually break burned, but it still upsets me bc I get a lot of looks. And I was wondering if anyone knew whether the new procuders as microdermabrasion, Graphics cosmetic skin or some kind of treatment that could be used to remove dead cells skin at a cellular level regernerate to reduce appaerance. Who should I speak or should I look on the web.
