What spike shape for middle distance HS track?
I usually run 800m and 1600m in track, and I don't know much about spikes. I used to just race in XC flats, but decided to get a good pair of spikes and don't know what shape I should I use. This is on one of those rubbery asphalt-like tracks. (I forget the real name). Just 1/8" pyramids? Are christmas trees usually illegal?
