WHERE CAN I FIND ... a storage card book ("Expiration Date") cards - the cards you have in a library?
I'm a librarian from a small school, and we need a new "gray file box" book cards for students to leave. Ours is too full. It contains the letters that came from the pockets of the books. The file box is steel, has the cards face up and down (not as a file 3x5), and has a hinged lid. There are dividers and, as the card file under the name of the author. Nobody, anywhere, leads them. Books are easy cards to find, but not the file box. The original was bought used, long ago. I tried all the stores the library - The Library Store, Demco, Highsmith, etc. I have tried to Office Depot, and "normal" shops. I have tried eBay and Amazon. I tried all sorts of terms to describe them - storage box, file box, container, book cards, card expiration date, ... I've seen the box Cited by other online libraries, but ... no one says where they get them! .. (I do not care if are steel, cardboard, etc.).
You'll laugh when you hear this, because I worked in the library ... when I was in 7th grade! One of the sellers I remember was a company called Gaylord. I remember all these years because there was an annoying stuffed animal or something with a commercial that used to talk about Gaylord.
