What do you wrap the wires of the motor and bears?
The bundles of wires in my '94 Golf Mk3 are involved in a new kind of felt through tape, but as 15 years is listless and fall, what should I wrap them in again? A link to a site where you can buy would be really useful.
The original material referred to generically referred to as "duct tape". If your local parts store does not carry it, try your local store sporting goods. Hockey players are around the edge of the sticks. The Russell-wrapper is just a specific brand of wire loom, should also be available at any auto parts store. It's nice because it provides extra protection against scratches. I like to use it, and then wrap the ends and branch cables outside their separate ways with friction tape to prevent slippage loom, and hold moisture. Good point Kevin M. Radio Shack also loom. It may be more cheap too.
