For the Golf fanatic in every one of us
Golfers share things in common, and one of them is often a love game fans. For these guys, nothing can take the place of speaking to a golf course, Golf Digest, but is very close. This magazine contains over 200 pages per month, dedicated exclusively the sport of golf. Each issue usually contains a variety of items and / or features in regards to golf instruction. Unlike many other magazines, Golf Digest offers tips for successful professionals. In fact, Golf Digest enlists a number of advantages played pretty PGA publishers including all the big names golf (yes, that includes Tiger. Usually you can count on Tiger's face adorns at least a dozen pages of each issue, believe it or not). One of my things Golf Digest favorites that does is break professional player changes frame by frame (either Duval, Garcia, Lehman, or whoever) to catch their positions at each point of rotation. It is helpful (but often depressing) to see where the benefits in different parts of your swing and compare it to your own swing.
The things that set Golf Digest apart from the competition are the numerous articles on learning and improving his game and the personal stories and interviews. Other publications aa bid to help golf learn, but often too mechanical. Golf Digest shows you how to improve your game with tips from professionals, including some members of the elite stars golf as Tiger Woods. Besides all the tips and tricks, Golf Digest also shows the personal side of the sport with intimate interviews and stories about the many colorful personalities in the game. This personal dimension, greatly increases the overall appeal of the magazine, providing reading materials to complement the large aspect most instructive of the magazine.
Advertisements cover about 55 percent of the pages in each issue of Golf Digest. Besides the obvious, such as golf clubs, golf balls and golf apparel, advertising focuses on other things that people who play golf and for the purchase and enjoy, like liquor, cars, credit cards, brokerage houses, and travel services. The ads are found throughout the magazine, but it does not interfere with the enjoyment of each number as they do in some magazines.
Golf Digest can not be as large as a day at his favorite golf course, but it comes close. I think it is the best publication of its kind and I recommend it to anyone interested in the game. Golf Digest is in fact a magazine for any golfer out there, ranging from weekend to the devil staunchest practice field. A reasonably priced subscription magazines, compared to other sports, Golf Digest, it merely provides a combination of great articles, images and features for people with disabilities Golfers zero to infinity.
