BOSTON, MA ... How very American Expereince are there ... mini-golf, dining, good Mexican food, etc.?

I'm in Boston, for a month with a group of friends who never went to America. I really want to find a Mexican restaurant Good food (I'm from Texas, so I have high expectations!) 50s A traditional restaurant (complete / W Box jute, rootbeer floats, greasy burgers and shakes), a miniature golf (with the great castles and windmills, cheese and other, hopefully with baseball and golf carts and ).... I lived in California before returning to Massachusetts, and I can assure you that the Mexican food here pales in comparison with the south-west. I recommend The truth is in the field of Fenway. Boston is very cosmopolitan, it is really really going to find mini-golf dinners in the city ... you have to drive far enough from the suburbs to find this kind of thing, and even then not much.
