This will be my primary vehicle. 150cc scooters I found that claim to be highway legal and 250 cc push for less than $ 2k. I do not know, it just sounded the alarm with me. I really recommend a small motorcycle instead. They are faster, safer and not more expensive. Scooters are dangerous ... the wheels are too small, the head of the steering committee is not designed to operate quickly, and if you have a design Flatboards (stirrups) can be easily broken ankle in a spill.
