If you only have a small fitness area at home and want to get into the best shape of your life, you need an exercise mat, a complete set of weights and a skipping rope. Using only these tools, you can burn fat reserves, bulk and cut into six to twelve weeks.

Dumbbells are a muscle and versatile equipment to burn fat. You can make tens of movements ranging from muscle building compound exercises such as squats for fat burning explosive movements as the arm of a ceiling pull.

Here is a blood-pumping workout for building muscle and burning fat:
Start by heating for five minutes. Once fully warmed up, select weight that allows you to do three sets of twelve repetitions to start.

After conducting a routine that couple of times, varying the training by choosing a weight that allows you to eight repetitions, but still working three sets. Make sure to take a complete rest period between sets of minutes.

These are our ten weight exercises to develop strength, endurance and muscle. To cool down with cardio, you can take a minute to fifteen low impact cardio-vascular.
