Golf Communities Carolina Summerville, South

Many buyers interested in Summerville, SC real estate wants to live well on a golf course or a golf community. The list of golf communities in the Summerville area is short - only three - especially compared to some other areas in Charleston. However, Summerville also has some of the more affordable housing in this category. After all, you can not live on a golf course $ 300,000 anywhere else in Charleston! Legend Oaks Plantation is often the number one choice for home buyers because it has a wonderful selection of homes, most which are more recent. Wescott planting is also popular, but some buyers believe that this community is too large. Wescott has houses on three subsections: The Abbey, orchards, and doors. Prices for these start in the low $ 100s. The district is made up mostly of houses, which start in the low to mid $ 100s and reach to $ 200. Almost every house in Wescott plantations were built after 2002. So, in general, this community has the final selection of properties compared with the other two neighborhoods in this list. Only single-family homes are on the golf course, and you will find subsections Heritage Park, Wescott Preserve, Birkdale, Pine Valley Village, and Glen Wescott. Pine Forest Country Club is the smallest of these three communities, but still has a large selection of homes. Most of these houses were built from the early 1990 to 2005, although currently there are a couple of new houses available. Pinar Country Club also has an Olympic swimming pool size Junior, tennis and clubhouse. The golf community is the most unique of these three I have discussed the land because it was built. The land belonged to the Hunting Club Pine Forest Inn, which dates from 1891. The Inn used to have a golf course that was one of seven golf courses, first developed in the United States. Although the current golf course in Pine Forest Country Club a new design, the community still has this historic partnership.
