Interestingly, the maximum angle is about 26 ... you have assumed that the ball is in the middle of the street (and your answer is correct for that) ... What if it is not? let x = distance from the edge of the fairway and has cos y = x / 190 .. draw the figure so you know what "and" is and if you wish a minimum or maximum "and"
