Information on the Blackberry Pearl 8100 (MP3 player, etc.)?

I have some questions I really want this phone, but I want to be well reported: 1) He says he can play downloaded music, what it means you can sync, like a standard MP3 player your computer? 2) Is - You can set these songs as ringtones? 3) Does it have a data plan in order to use IM services? (AIM no text messages) This last question is because my boyfriend is one of Samsung phones dual hinge, and you can get on AIM with him, but I can not get the goal without a data plan with my Sidekick. 1. Yes you can. PC or Mac 2. Yes you can. There a folder called "ringtones" and a folder called "music. Any file that can play music can be a dial tone. The bead may also play video files. 3. Depends. I have an excellent program called JiveTalk, which uses your data plan. I highly recommend it.
