Drive Belt

Is your group treadmill used, broken, or read on the edges? Does your band slow after passing on the treadmill and start your training?
If this is the case, then it may be time to replace the belt.
Here are some things to check before replacing the belt.
* 1. You need to ensure that the tape deck is in good shape. If it looks good then it would be necessary that may waxed or lubricated.
* 2. If the deck shows obvious signs of wear, or have grooves in May so you need to replace the belt and deck.
* 3. If the lid beauty, and the tape is worn or starting to appear around the edges, then it is time to replace the belt. Here are instructions for doing this. Most treadmills are basically the same is so for a generic set of instructions. If you have an owner's manual if you Please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
To begin the replacement belt disconnect the power cord and remove the engine cover or hood. Then locate the screws or bolts used to adjust the belt tension. Usually there are two sides to the rear of the cassette. Loosen the two parties and push the roller back toward the bridge.
Now, unscrew and remove the front roller. If the cassette is tilted, turn on power and increase the band a few degrees so the roller can be removed. After the front roller is removed, remove the rear roller. Now you are ready to remove the belt.
I know it would be easier to just cut out the old tape, but if you remove in one piece, then you'll remember how to put a new one. On the sides of the tape bolts or screws holding the lid in place. Remove them and lift likely a seam visible on the tape. Normally the belt should be installed so that the seam goes downward from left to right, like a slash reverse. Some manufacturers of tape mark the belt on the inside with an arrow pointing in the direction of the belt should travel.
Make Slide the cassette into proper alignment and fix the belt and deck together again on the treadmill. Start all screws or bolts before tightening firmly. The tires tend to deform after a certain time so you may need to push or pull a little to get the screws started. I Was it a good idea to install safely before fixing roller cover to the structure.
Tire Belt in the back of the tape and slide the rear roller through it. Check the screws on the roller enough to not fall. Now slide the front roller inside the belt and replace the motor drive belt on the drive gear. Do this before pulling the roller. After recovering before the roll tight, then tighten the screw back roll. Tighten each side until the strap is comfortable on the deck.
Now, rotate the wheel squirrel. If the belt starts moving, not on the tape carefully, while keeping the side rails. If the belt and then you have to adjust more. Get band, and tighten each screw one full turn and the passage of the strip. Repeat this procedure until that the belt does not stop.
Now, increase the speed of a fast walk, hold the handrail and apply pressure to down while you walk on the treadmill. If the tape is stopped or doubt then adjust a little more. However, increasing speed to a jog, probably around five mph Once again, if you feel the hesitation in the belt when walking tours, adjust a little more. Continue this process until you are satisfied that the belt does not slip.
Please be careful if you do not think you can do then pay someone to Do it for you.
Please follow these safety and efficient use of your treadmill for you and your family.
The procedures for controlling these elements are all in the Report on the treadmill!
