If the change is needed more camber install kit shim center that will provide an additional 2 degrees of positive camber.

Installation Control Arm

1. Always check parts or wear, tire pressure and tire wear.

2. Raise body pinch weld vehicle and support with jack stands. Remove the front wheel and the wheel.

3. Remove the pin and nut from upper ball joint and remove the ball joint pin. The tree.

4. Remove the screw socket to put the control arm over the body. Remove the upper control arm.

6. Install new adjustable suspension arms on the vehicle and tighten the cap slightly support. Match the new arms-old arm to ensure that the right arm is installed on each side.

7. If the wheel adjustment necessary, unscrew and remove the large washer nut for adjusting the upper ball joint, then remove the ball joint Assembly Group control. Remove the lock plate hexagonal engagement and rotate as shown in Figure # 1 for the change of pitcher must then submit pressing participation hexagonal

8. Re - install the adjustable ball joint Assembly back in the control arm. Install the washer and nut and lightly tighten.

9. Install the upper ball seat shares in the ball joint and then install the bolt on the tree, install the flat washer and then provided all supplied nut ball and tighten the castle to 40-46 lb-ft. (54-63 Nm) Install a new PIN.

NOTE: Be sure to install the flat washer on the castle nut to prevent the separation of arms control pin.

Hub Shim Installation Kit

1. Brake caliper and support out of the way there is no tension in the brake line, then remove the brake rotor.

2. Remove the ABS sensor on the rear hub.

3. Remove the 4 mounting bolts of the bearing axle and remove the screw with the center brake shield. Be careful not to damage the back of the rotation center which provides ABS signal.

4. Install the spacer under the wheel axle of the thickest of the hold and is the 4 bolt holes are aligned correctly.

5. Install dust shield plastic for opening the ABS sensor is headed directly toward the center hole of the highest retention. Now, install the center bearing and the brake shield. 6. With the support of the people to install ABS sensor bolt center bolt holding higher using the two spacers and retention as shown in Figure 2. Tighten bolts to ensure that the ABS sensor is not touching the support center of rotation. Photo # 3

7. Reinstall the brake rotor.

8. Install the spacer the bracket between the bracket and the bracket above the thickest part. Tighten the caliper bolts to 112 lb-ft (150nm). Some brake rotor spins freely.
