Traingle in a circle?
An equilateral triangle is inscribed in a circle, with each side 12. With this information, how I determine the radius of the circle? The way I approach is to establish a division of the bisector of 60 °. angle and touch the altitude / height of the triangle. Is it fair to make an angle of 90-60-30? So we now have a leg 6. How do I determine the other leg and hypotenuse? Use 90-60-30 corner? How can I be sure that the hypotenuse is now a radius of the circle?
Since the equilateral triangle is ... the center circle is the circumcircle ... but then again ... incentive is the circle (and orthocenter and centroid) ... the fact that it is the incentives ... Radio is a great circle the bisector of the angle. Therefore, in the triangle a right angle of 30 °. You have a 30-60-90 triangle so that the longer leg is § 6. So, hypotenuse 6 * (2 / √ 3) = 4 √ 3
