Custom Shop

Me and my friend wants to open a custom car shop to have a building that I rent, but now what to do HELP!?

I a place and a building, I do not know what to do now. How do I get clients and get everything you need such as interior fabrics, car lifts, tires, tires, etc. I need help from people who have experienced this before. Please help its always been my dream to open a custom shop

Check sba.gov (if you're in the U.S.). They have a small section - shows you how to make business plans, cash plans, etc. Also check out the competition - to visit their shops and see what they have and what they do. Is your company an industry association that would unite and learn from? You need to research more before opening his shop.
