The M is a red Fuji shaft made specifically for Cleveland. To compare the two, you really go to the website of Cleveland, as you mentioned Graffaloys are given as an axis of the premium. I played in Cleveland and drivers have both a pitcher and Hi-Bore XLS. I found the Hi-Bore require Graffaloy network but can not play Red Fuji with the launcher. Assuming you buy a club in Cleveland, I would try the Fuji, as is the norm. If you find the flight path very high, you can always switch Graffaloy.
